SHIPPING

• Shipping is free on all orders worldwide.
• Free shipping time is 10-17 business days on average.
• Please allow up to 3-5 days for handling.
• Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, with the majority of orders arriving within 10-17 business days (not including handling time).
• We ship direct from our partners/factories in USA, Latvia, China Japan & Thailand.
• For orders to South Africa please allow up to 30 business days. 
• Please note that during Holiday periods shipping times may increase significantly due to system volume. 
• If ordering multiple items you may receive more than one package and/or receive one package before another. This is due to our various supply chains. 
• With VIP shipping, your parcel is insured against damage, loss or theft. 
• We do offer expedited shipping for an additional charge for select items. Please contact us to determine whether your item is eligible for expedited shipping.
• Customs + duties fees are covered up to 25% of purchase price (some exclusions may apply) with free shipping. Expedited shipping options are not eligible for customs fee coverage. 
• We do our best to ship our items at low cost to ensure that no additional fees are paid upon delivery. In the event that any customs fees are incurred with free shipping, please contact us at support@mmastore.ie and we will assist you promptly.

TRACKING

• All items are shipped with tracking available.
• Please allow 5-7 days for your tracking information to display in the courier's tracking system. 
• If you have a question about tracking a particular order, please contact us at support@mmastore.ie.
